nothing else much has happened except i went for a lovely walk today .... i managed to walk 5 miles ... ok i can walk more i know this ... but this was five miles with loads of hills and i dont do hills ... i thought i was gonna collapse at some bits but i made it ...
still no sign of flowers on my courgettes i think i might fall out with them now lol0 -
so i have embarked on this 6 week eating plan and i am on day four ... so far things have been okish .. well that was till last night ... i ate everything i shouldve and i felt so bagged up it was unreal .. the last few things i had to eat were making me feel sick tbh ... but i was still hungry ... i was starving .. actually no i wasnt i was craving ... i wanted sugar and lots of it ... so i went to bed feeling sick, full and hungry
got up today and started eating again same thing i am starting to realise that oh my goodness i was badly addicted to sugar ... it's making me say no i am going to win ... but i am craving it ... i have just ate a beautiful delish lunch i am full to bursting point but i am starving ... i feel as if my throat has been cut ..
added to the top of that is the headaches from coffee withdrawl ... i hope this stage doesnt last too long0 -

I have semi given up chocolate Elantan, I know what you about still being "hungry" even when you aren't. In fact I have just eaten lunch - lovely chicken and pepper thing, am starving. except I can't be can I?
Hope you don't mind me popping btw, I read but don't post xxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -
hey buffy, pop by as often as you like ... sometimes i think i am just rambling to myself on here lol ...
how you finding giving up the chocolate? apart from the constant hunger ... its unreal isnt it ? do you plan on going all the way ?0 -
Well I haven't made any promises yet, its only been three days. I have been having hot chocolate at night - its my reward for not eating chocolate all day(not much of a reward I grant you). I am still drinking coke,my one big vice! And if I am really desperate I will have marshmallows - verylow in points in WW your see (along with rich tea biscuits, options hot chocolate!)
The hungry seems to be staying - how long has it been for you? and are you seriously giving up sugar?surely you are in a crispbreads and veg situation????????Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
well sugar yes and no ... not giving up natural sugars like fruit etc ... just the added dreaded white stuff ... the cocaine of the legal world ... i am on day four ..now it is interesting you are on day three and feeling the same way isnt it ? mine started on day three ...hmmm ...
it is a very healthy way of eating the way i am doing ... but i aint gonna kid ya it aint easy ... i am doing it to try and get my health kinda sorted ... i have been having dizzy spells and light headedness periods ... i am a bit scared incase i am diabetic but i wont go to the dr's so i am trying this first ... if i still have them when i am done then off to the dr's it is ...
but i should really tackle my addiction to sugar while i am at it and this eating plan ( i hate the word diet) is aimed at doing that ... it is aimed at sorting the body right out back to where it should be ... we will see lol0 -

Oh wow that is so freaky! I have been having these dizzy spells - its kinda hard to explain but I feel like the top of my head is floating off, I feel very strange and as if everything is rushing past me - like when you jump in a swmming pool and the water rushes past. I have had that and frequent headaches for ages, I don't eat or rather didn't eat very well been improving that bit by bit. The headaches and sort of wuss pants weak feelings haven't gone yet but I only started eating better about a week ago(!) and the chocolate thing is 3 days.
I shall do my best to stick with it, really want to see if it makes any difference to the headaches esp.

if you dont mind could you keep in touch here also to see how yours are comparing to mine ? your one day behind me in giving up so it will be good to see if it is the same kindve journey for both of us ...
hope the dizzy spells leave soon ... they get a bit much dont they ? mine i have to say are doing alot better thankfully .. i think going outside and walking has helped ... which made me think it could be stress related again ... but not entirely sure0
