great bargains on the bras....and tops0
-
yay for getting the bra's i have a similar problem with them but not cos of cup size per se. I did find that the one brought in off the line yesterday is missing part of the bone so i'm now worried that it's somewhere in the washer. argh!
i'm still looking for the plug but when i find it and have made best use of it then i will pass it along.
where did you get such a good value hair cut?
I'm back to self colouring mine but it's so overdue for a hair cut that i have one booked for next week but it's bound to cost at least twice what yours did. Have to admit though that if i could get it booked in for tomorrow i would have it done, it's too hot for long hair!0 -
Well the hair cut was a strange one .... I just booked the first one I found in the town I live in ... When I turned up I explained I was getting my hair dyed so she said you will want a dry cut then .... So that is basically what I got when she said £8 I was like nice one ... Gave her 50p tip shouldve probably gave more but I was in and out fast less than 30 mins from start to finish
Bras stuck in the machine oh that happens to me so often it's a nightmare or the wire pokes up or digs in to my side ... It's not anneasy life being a women is it0 -
Oh and yes please pass over the plug when you've managed to stop your own flood
Just spoke to my friend she said she will go running with me. I really fancy going running I hope it would help me to loose some weight and get fit0 -
Thats a good hairdresser, to give you the cheaper option when you didn't even know you could do that. Hope you have a good day, El.
xx2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
have spent the day sleeping ... am night shift all weekend so not about much ... but able to put into more concrete plans my ideas for this healthy lifestyle change i am going to embark on ...patchwork cat the book i am currently reading is jillian michaels master your matabolism ... it talks about the endocrine system and how to control oestrogen which is one of the problems with fibroids
have been sitting here thinking about the news the other day with the change in pension arrangements being made by the government ... i need to up my pension to take into account the changes that will happen for me ... so i thought about doing that ... but have decided instead to opt for paying an amount every month for my mortgage extra... it will help with our debt overall i will pay off the mortgage that little bit quicker and if worst comes to worst i can lift it out ... i will be getting 6.25% interest on it as well ... so i think that is what i will be doing ... now that i only have my overdraft (yes i am back into it despite the m.i.l giving us money to pay it off) to worry about and as soon as my cheque comes in that will be cleared and done away with i think it is time to start thinking longer term financially wise0 -
6.25% is a great return on your money! At the moment, it sounds like its a wise choice El, all I'd say is, keep it under review, because you just don't know when it might be more advantageous to put those contributions to a pension rather than mortgage overpayment - the miracle of compound interest takes a long, long time to get going, and the more time you can leave it, the better. But rates seem so ridiculous at the moment, the usual rules don't seem to apply, as long as you're applying it to your financial betterment, so to speak, then, right on!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

don't you just love the changes they're floating about redundancies now that they're planning lots in the civil service, gits or what! I'll have to think about my pension when i'm on a better footing financially and we've managed to get ourselves a mortgage on a nice house.0

Very wise words kc I will deff review it regulalry ... I'm paying a god bit every month into my pension but I am also aware that I get the government 20% but I don't want to put my eggs in the one basket as well so to speak .... But putting it into the mortgage gives me the instant dealing with it rather than leaving it then forgetting it ... I think maybe a 6 month review should be ok ... Will diairse that just shortly me thinks
Ok I think I may have discovered the size and shape of the plug that I need to stop us haemorraging ( sp) money .... It is hubby shaped and hubby sized ... He spent more money today on sweets alcohol Chinese etc over £30 ... I think I can see the tub coming back into play .... He went to the bank saw there was money in the account lifted it and spent it .... I had ordered some stuff online and no there is no money to pay for it cause he lifted the money ... Mmm tub will deff be back in play by Monday .... We had no overdraft and now were back into it ... If w e carry on the way we are we will never get out of it at this rate0 -

It is a bit of a nightmare isn't it .... And I don't think it will stop there either tbh ... The report I read was stating hubby would be £350 a year worse off with me the same .... That's £700 a year which is alot of money I felt we needed to start preparing or this now as it won't be as painful that way or so I figured ... Redundancies are never a good thing unless the person is due to retire and they get a golden handshake but I think those are in the past now ... How is the new house ? Tell us all about it ... Could do with some good news for a change0
