Hi,

I have had my normal weekend headache despite being two weeks without chocolate, am really disappointed but it just brings it home to me that it is stress causing these headaches and Imust sort it fast before I get really sick

I wouldn't beat yourself upabout EL going cold turkey on a substance that is in practically everything you eat is flipping hard.

thanks buffy ... and yes having read some of your other stuff i think they might be stress related .... have you tried meditation?

well i was sitting wondering how on earth did the sugar win... and i think it is because on friday night i didnt have time to have dinner so i went to bed hungry come saturday i was starving ... i'm not sure though and i do know i dont want to test the theory again just incase ... so three meals per day from now on whether i have time or not

went for a walk to see ospreys and red squirrels ... i thought we wouldve been out for just over an hour ... 6 hours later no ospreys no red squirrels but loads of walking ... and alot of it uphill today i am stiff and sore lol

well this debt is starting to worry me again. hubby and i are talking about going on holiday. i would love to go on holiday i really would and i feel we need a good break soon. my inlaws are going to florida and have hired a villa, they have agreed to hire it for longer to give us a break ... so effectively we wouldnt be paying for accomadation. but we would need to pay for flights car hire park tickets and spending money, we cant afford that now...

paying off the money we owe to our son and m.i.l is going to be a struggle never mind adding in the money that we have had to find to replace things due to the burglary... so the debt is stopping us from having a much needed break, i'm annoyed by this i really am ... here is a chance to have a cheaper holiday some one is willing to pay for our accomadation but we cant take them up on the offer because we have so much to pay out ... i am sooooo annoyed about it all ... another knock on effect of being burgled ... we couldve managed otherwise

and the sugar won again ... but that is the last time i am letting it win ... i had a goodbye lunch with someone from the nature park so we went to the indians ... ok it wasnt very sugary ... but being a vegetarian there wasnt much non vegetarian things to eat except mushroom pakora veg pakora and onion rings ...

ah well i knew i had to go to the lunch ( really wanted to go) so this wasnt unplanned ... but there is nothing else i need to do now ... so back on the no sugar bandwagon it is

finally some good news on the insurance front .... the loss adjusters have approved the replacement of the doors and windows so i have asked the company to come and measure it all up correctly and place the order ... it feels good to finally have some real action and not just more questions and more questions ....

talking of questions i did have the electrical loss adjuster on the phone needing more info so i gave that and now just need to wait on that side ... that and the jewellery that is ...

went to the dr's i have to go back on monday for an internal exam ... he thinks that the problem might be the womb this time ... i actually felt so relieved .. i panic when it is anything to do with down there because of my medical history ... i may mess about with knees and dizzy spells etc but when it comes to those things and because of my history i'm up there like a shot ..

he decided to update my records while i was there (i think he was trying to calm me down so he could take my blood pressure which is always high at the drs but never high any other time ) so he asked me if i still didnt smoke ... i said yeah dont smoke still he said and youve never smoked i replied nope never seen the reason for it ... he looked shocked ... i must look like a smoker lol ... i have been offered fags so many times and people just assume i do smoke ... i must have old skin
