  • Hey,

We will be looking at this later today to see if we can recreate the issue.

Thanks Neil. I've just logged in now and tried to thank a user but it still doesn't work for me. :(
Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.
  • If you have problems thanking it would be helpful if you could send me a PM. Tell me which browser you were using, which version of the browser, which post you tried to thank, what time, and what happened. With the info I can check the error logs and figure out what happened. Many thanks :)

Ok I use Opera and that is the problem. I ditched it temporarily and I'm now on the much disliked IE and the thanks function works. Opera is so much faster though. :o

Thank you Ian, after two thankless days I can now thank with the best of 'em

I'm using Firefox Quasar, I had previously tried ie and opera and it wouldn't work with any of them. :(

A while back I installed Google Chrome and I was absolutely delighted with its speed and everything. But I think it didn't install properly because every so often I'd suddenly get the blue screen with a "memory dump" message and I had to wait for it to reboot and log in again. I can't have that when I'm doing work reports directly on the work site as I'd have to start all over again, so I uninstalled it.

IE seems to be the only browser that causes me no problems and works with everything, all sorts of links etc, but it's slower than the others and sometimes freezes.

    Never tried Firefox.

Lucky you, its causing me no end of headaches right now  , but that’s nothing to do with the new style, not here anyway
