    Hi,

this is the Chocolate Cake recipe I use

    http://www.be-ro.com/recipe/showrec77.html

if you don't have any evaporated milk, just use normal milk (that's what I do ;))

It's a very easy, fool proof recipe.

I've seen them in Sainsburys, in my sainsburys they are on the sheves above the freezers (above cartons of ice cream), they have a picture on the front of the box and I think it's a blue box if that helps!

  • Can anyone recommend one of the large cupcake moulds - we want one as our cutting cake for our wedding (having little cup cakes on a stand) but finding mixed reviews for moulds online, also some apparently don't come with recipe so can anyone recommend?

Hi BanburyBride I have bought a gaint cupcake mould from 'The Works' it was £5.99 and is great. It takes quite a bit of filling!! The recipe it comes with is using boxed cake mix so very un MSE! I used a 4 egg cake mix (weigh the eggs then same amount of flour fat & sugar) but that didn't fill it up to the top. I think a 6/7 egg mix would do it though. I made a nice choc cake in it and it turned out great. I think they look wonderful- I would recomend one but just do some trial runs before the big day! HTH
