So bake the cupcakes, allow to cool then freeze. Defrost night before needing & ice/buttercream the following day (once thawed). Is that right as it sounds stress free & perfect if so.0

Wow I am really pleased i found this thread, I love a bit of baking! I am going to make some vanilla cupcakes tomorrow, I have got a new nozzle I haven't had a chance to try out yet. Going to make some biscuits too, will try and post results if I can figure out how...I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

I baked my cakes yesterday and sandwiched them together with jam and buttercream, wrapped it in foil and put it in the fridge. I'm going to cover it with roll out icing later today and put the decorations on........photo will follow, lol

Im thinking im going to attempt a two tier cake for my mum. I have no cake boards so will have to do it Monday.
Make some cupcakes a few days ago with purple buttercream. I usually use half trex to make it a bit more stiff, but Tesco dont sell it. So i got a different version and it tastes greasy0 -
