Hi everyone. Does anyone favour M&B fondant here? I have discovered it and found it works really well for me and tastes better, and the colours are vibrant! My supplier telkls me it's not everyones cup of tea though. If you do use it, where do you buy it from.
I think i have found the cheapest sugarcrft supplier online - and happens to be 15 miles from me so I can collect in a emergency! although at £1.95 delivery its cheaper to get delivered. They seem to sell out quite quickly though and then takes another week or so to get more stock in..... so where can i look as a back up?

Here's some cupcakes I did this week - I have classed them as a new collection that I offer, they are a postage option too so I'll see how they do! The bottom picture is my special new cakes for Fathers day. The boozy collection! Guinness cupcake, Chocolate and Whiskey and a real Ale cupcake.

Nutty mummy, what recipe do you use for you rice krispe models? I've been asked to make a Rapunzel cake and thought about making the tower out of rice krispies.
    Thanks

If you're new to making cake pops, then you're better off using a cake mix (500g) and ready made frosting. Use about 3/4s of the frosting mix, or they'll be too sloppy.

Yes candy melts are the best for covering them by a mile. You need to shop around though as some places are dearer than other.
You need to chill them before coating so they're firm. They shouldn't be frozen though, so don't leave them in the freezer for too long :D

Most importantly, don't forget to show us some pics when they're done
