I was just wondering other than the wilton 1m nozzle, what other nozzle do you all use. I bought the 1m nozzle after recommendation on here but i wanted to try another one. Could one of you lovely people please point me in the right direction. Also nuttymummy your cupcakes you did for the freddie crugar (sp?) ones which nozzle did you use, i can never get mine quite right and so i stick to using the 1m from the outside in and its doing my head in now because they all look the same IWSWIM.

You can use a 2d nozzle and go from the middle outwards. But you need a decoration to cover where the icing stop. Looks really nice though

Hi everyone. Does anyone favour M&B fondant here? I have discovered it and found it works really well for me and tastes better, and the colours are vibrant! My supplier telkls me it's not everyones cup of tea though. If you do use it, where do you buy it from.
I think i have found the cheapest sugarcrft supplier online - and happens to be 15 miles from me so I can collect in a emergency! although at £1.95 delivery its cheaper to get delivered. They seem to sell out quite quickly though and then takes another week or so to get more stock in..... so where can i look as a back up?
    I use http://www.cakecraftstore.co.uk

This place does 250g regalice for £1 and they do bulk boxes too

how do you get them so perfect - mine never look right and at the minute i cant access you tube for any tutorials - something wrong with my flash player or something. Mine either spill out over the side or sink in the middle or both. Do you do layer by layer - IYSWIM

    thanks for your reply
