Have been very good today! Only four cups of tea so far with my one and bit sugars in, also eaten 4 bits of fruit :A.

My parcel from M&M turned up at lunch, funny that!

    I'm interested (and very intrigued).

My husband has just cashed in his endowments to pay off some loans (he's nearly debt free now, just our joint credit card balance to kick into touch) and when I have capacity I am going to surrender mine. They have all had really poor returns, my fund is less than I have paid in, husband thinks he can do better and I don't have the slightest doubt he can. So, I think you have definitely done the right thing surrendering yours, you can do much better than that.

RP I will send you the info tomorrow, I need to copy and paste it from a document at work!

Had loads of veg for dinner tonight and some lovely fish but I am so craving some sticky Thai coconut rice :D! Tried to cheer myself up by looking at all the amazing clothes on the Jane Norman website (which I am currently 2 sizes too big for so it's a good incentive!). Very much coming to terms with only the 1 sugar now, next week I will put it down a bit more. It's been nowhere near as hard as I thought actually which is great :).

Also managed to book a 20 minute appointment with a female doctor for next Wednesday, need to write down lots of questions for her over the weekend, she is going to love me! Going to look at another school tomorrow night and got a bust day at work from the looks of things. Just about to do tomorrows sandwich so I don't have to do it in the morning and then I will be off to bed I reckon . Must also do my online Ryanair check in and print off all the docs for Ireland. My bosses girlfriend works for First Choice so I am going to see if she can get me a better rate for my Euros next week.

I gave up sugar in my tea. I had two in there and when I cut it out, even the smell of it made me feel a bit funny! It's amazing how quick you adapt to having less sugar! Well done :)

I thought it was going to be awful :rotfl:.

Did NOT want to get up this morning at all, need to start going to bed earlier I think! Had blue screen of death on my laptop twice this morning and had to restore so I am about to see what I have lost, meh!

My work mate has just lent me his sat nav for Ireland as his has ROI :T, saves me getting lost or having to hire one which is a bonus. Can't believe it's only next week we go, must write a list of things to get sorted over the weekend.

    Thanks hun!

Just about to weigh myself, I am not classing this as a diet because I am not 'dieting', just attempting to change my lifestyle, will be interesting to see if the change in sugar makes a difference though :D.

Just managed to do 2 VO surveys for £2.25 so almost up to another £10 now :T

I've been told today (don't know if it's true) that lots of sugar in your diet can lead to cravings for fatty foods and vice versa.

If that is the case, then cutting out sugar could help with cutting out the fats that you wanted to get rid of too.

Think it's good that you're not viewing it as a diet but as a lifestyle changes, diets never last, whereas changes will.

Also been told by someone with psoriasis that sunlight helps apparently. So getting out for those walks will help (in the limited sunshine we have now!)

Think you're doing so well, you should treat yourself to some Thai rice when you've fully cut out sugar or something like that.
