I recieved my glasses yesterday, but they are not the one's I ordered. I ordered the Rayban 3025 Aviator Black L2823, but instead I have recieved Rayban 3025 Black with Gold lens 002/39.
Im not sure if its worth the hassle to send them back and try to get the correct pair or even a refund. Im thinking it maybe too much of a hassle, so I will have to accept what they have sent me.
I haven't read all the posts, but hope everyone recieved what they ordered.
Next time im gonna stay away from a deal like this.

So... The day after the "voucher" has expired all the sunglasses shop stock appears to be back in inventory. e.g. The Oakley Fives Squared for £55.25 that made me purchase the voucher are now available.
I still have the "voucher code" as I was waiting for stock to return and have tried to email a few times... but which I am now advised is now expired and unable to use.
I'm not a lawyer, but is doesn't feel legal.

My daughter came round yesterday and was very proud of her fold up Ray-Ban aviators purchased on this deal.

Got my sunglasses 2 weeks ago but still waiting for my refund of the price difference. Mycitydeal are refusing to help me chase it, they've just said I need to contact Sunglasses Shop direct, which I've obviously been trying to do! :mad:Addicted to moneysaving! :rotfl:0

Despite getting MSE involved, I'm still no further forward in getting Sunglasses Shop to admit that *they* lied and that *they* made a mistake. So it looks like I've been scammed out of £57.
I never would have believed that I'd be scammed taking up an offer, which was promoted on Money Saving Expert.100% debt free

I have had nothing but trouble from sunglasses-shop. My first order placed a day after the voucher was received, was not in stock. I changed this order, a little bit of time lapsed and these came back not in stock, I changed my order again. Again, some time later this came back not in stock. Getting pretty annoyed by now, it had been 3-4 weeks at least! I asked for other options, again changed my order, but again told not in stock. I must add everytime I changed my order I had checked the website which told me they were in stock! Another couple of tries and I finally get items that ARE in stock. So I'm told the order will be sent out asap. The order was not sent out til 2-3 days later and then, get this, it was sent to the wrong address! Very very annoyed by now. It's been about 6 weeks since my original order and doesn't look like they'll be with me until next week. I've done everything I can but the company is useless. I would never use them again and would advise people likewise. Anyone know where I can lodge an official complaint? I have already sent an e-mail to Deborah over a week ago but understand she's most probably received lots of similar complaints.0

A good experience for me, ordered Oakley Splinters on the 18/6, got them on 23/6. I found them too big so returned them on the 26/6 in exchange for Oakley Whiskers which arrived on the 29/6. I'm happy with the glasses at a decent price.
Maybe I got lucky but I can't complain about the service. Hope everyone else get their problems resolved.
