    okay ive done that but before i post the log i want to make sure there is someone about who can help and also is it safe to post logs? .

    If you don't post the log, no one will help you. Have you tried following any of the instructions given to you?
    Don't put your trust on any one person on this board.

    Go here and click Fix This and choose 'Run'.

    I think the tech experts will ask you to do a full scan of malwarebytes (using the most up to date programme and definitions). Post the log here.

    Then rescan with hijack this to create a new log to paste here.

    But I think you've done that anyway haven't you? I guess no harm in redoing it if you're already runnning a full scan.

    Don't worry! I have very little knowledge concerning computers too! Just know this as I had a problem myself a few weeks ago!

    And yes, that I think is the right way to do it.
