Agreed photos do nothing for me, gives the impression of a very dark house.
I would turn all the lights on when the new photos are taken.
A couple of hanging baskets either side of the front door will help with the kerb appeal, and garden didn't look as attractive as the other houses shown, don't know what you can do about that, but also agreed that a few more pics of bedrooms might help.
