is there any reason why none of the bedrooms are shown? or a floor plan?
just a thought x:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Just my opinion, but I don't think that website gives enough information, it doesn't even have the room measurements. I don't know how important that is to most people admittedly, but it is to me (currently selling and buying) - I want to know how big the rooms are before I get there, not get to a viewing and then realise they are box rooms and I've wasted my time. I assume the measurements are on the paper info the agent is giving out?My sig's too large, apparently - so apologies to whoever's space I was taking up.:lipsrseal0

It could definately be the time of year, August is just about the quitest month of the year, well besides December when most agents close down anyway!.
My advice would be to wait, there has been a rise in interest rates, reports of prices slowing down / dropping, most of the population are either running around on holidays or taking time off to entertain their children and to top it all this week is the lead in to a bank holiday.
I have 4 EAs in Herts (not this one might I add!), Berks and Essex and all are dead at the moment, which is exactly the same as every year. Anything which is unusual still sells but the rest will most likely sit there till mid Sept, when the rush to buy and move in before xmas starts.0 -
I wanted the bedrooms on there, I worked hard on those and they look nice (I think). The estate agent said he would take some but he hasn't yet, I will call him about that. Also, yes the room sizes aren't on there. They are on the details of course but I would like them as I think the rooms look small in the pictures (especially the kitchen which is actually an ok size). Thanks for the tips everyone I will get onto this.:A

Good suggestion Lynzpower, I always find a floor plan a massive help in deciding whether its worth bothering going to view a property.
It gives a basic indication of the room layouts and how the rooms vary in size etc. Very helpful.0 -
Toto,
I think your photos look very dark (on my pc anyway) so not inviting. Can you whizz em through photoshop and lighten them a bit?Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -

Here is the rightmove ad which does have measurments. Also I just noticed my agent has put another house in my road up for sale

This one doesn't have double glazing throughout though. Still more expensive than mine. Not sure if the competition is a good thing or not.:A
