You shop at Asda. You just said it.
PS It isn't a credit card. Big difference. No credit check to show up on your file, no chance of spending more than you can afford, less chance of being scammed for £oooos by card thiefs etc. No booking fees on Ryanair flights also. And at the vast majority of retailers on its list, a big fat ongoing 5% cash back.
PSCollect 1 Clubcard point for every £4 you spend on your Clubcard Credit Card anywhere in the world
So a £100 spend at Asda pockets you 25 Tesco clubcard points. Isn't that 25p to spend in Tesco? Great money saving. Not.0 -
Why oh why do you keep on about this 1 month vs 12 month business? Is that all that you can sell the products on? Why would I want to drop Sky and pay another £174 per year to UW? (£24.99 + £3 for 1571 and caller display + £1 for wireless + £7.75 for anytime as I wouldn't have 4 or more products + £1.50 membership). Not to mention all of the extra cost for fuel if I went with UW for this.
At the end of the day, you might be getting a good limited deal, but what about the unlimited packages with anytime talk? This is where UW fall down big time. I probably get through about 80 to 100 GB a month with iPlayer, 4OD, internet radio and such like and when you start to look at it like this, you begin to see that the high fuel costs subsidise the £7.75 per month for anytime etc.
Why oh why.....do you totally ignore the foreign call centre 'problem'. Have you had (documented) problems with them or something?;)
PS Have you thought about getting an ansaphone?0 -

Never had an issue with Sky. Always got through to a UK based call centre with Sky. So, why do you keep bringing this up as an issue?
Why should I get an answer phone when the 1571 service is free? Can an answer phone pick up a message while your line is engaged?0 -

Tell me how this happens every time for you. What number do you ring?0 -
So, back to the energy issue as this is the Gas and Electricity forum. As I said before I was just posting a warning over the UW high prices so people could be careful over how they spent their money.0

This is the only thread that UW can be discussed in so nice try but no cigar.0

Normal customer service number. Only had to call them up a couple of times as the service is totally reliable. Do you have problems with your Sky service?0 -
