lol as long as they were unused I can't see the problem! Have been thinking ahead and wondering if something like that would be useful for me to use towards the end of pregnancy so my mattress doesn't get drowned if my waters were to go in the middle of the night.

wanted a double bed or large dinnin
in need of double bed that is free as cant afford one,current one broke n so is the table

notquitenorbet - waterproof mattress protecter - a few quid and could be a godsend.

It's not a specific one but the ones that really make my blood boil are when people say "wanted: item name, must be as new" or "must be excellent condition". I feel like hunting them down and saying IF YOU WANT IT AS NEW, GO TO A SHOP! If they say "preferably as new", that doesn't bother me because I'm sure everyone would like a shiny new item for free but the use of "must be" really gets my goat.

Incontinence pads are often being offered on my local Freecycle group. I like to think that the ads are posted by women who have done their pelvic floor exercises and don't need them anymore!

Wanted: Women's clothing - sz 10-14
Hi, I am looking for some clothes to restock my wardrobe. Would preferably like it in good useable condition. Would be particularly interested in some nicer brands, monsoon, next, river island, boden, Karen millen, etc. things that will keep me stocked for a while. Thank you in advance

This appeared on my local freecycle today. Keeping them stocked? On their ebay shop perchance

If that was posted in our area, it'd be completely accepted. Unless you're a part of a church community of several other groups it can be hard to meet people out in the sticks.

Though, having read it again, s/he does really want to make the effort to get of their backside and join a few groups / a dating service!
