The ones that offer some old crap and say if no one takes it ASAP then its going to the tip.

By saying it will go to the tip it makes me think it's only fit for the tip, if its only fit for the tip then do not bother offering it.

What's the consensus / rules / ettiquette on "all or nothing" posts? E.g. ...

We've been trying to get a compost heap going for years, now, and it's just not working. We're now giving up. Which means we're left with a load of mildly composted / rotted vegetable and garden waste to get rid of.
I can't take it to the tip without stinking my car out. I could (and probably will have to) dig it into the garden, but would rather not. I'd rather someone came and took it away for me.
We've also got some more valuable, related stuff - compost accelerator and compostable kitchen sacks.

Do you think it's ok to put the whole lot of freegle and say has to go as a complete lot - i.e. I don't want someone who just wants the accelerator and the bags.
Or is that just mean / against the rules? I can't decide.
