I got mine last week and ordered mine quite late...bonus! Although I ordered one as E.On staff and one as a customer so I don't know which one it is...although they only allow one per household so it won't be getting another...hehe.

Dead easy to setup and the software is quite good, shows you how much is being used at certain points of the day/month/quarter.

Has anyone figured out what the other screens are on the monitor? i.e. when you press up/down arrow it scrolls through Appliance 1, 2, 3 etc. and I can't seem to find anywhere that explains this?

Still not got mine. Been waiting for 7 weeks.

recieved mine friday, what a useless piece of c==p
im on a two price tariff, (it gets cheaper after ive used so many units) as i expect most users of electricity are on this! tried to set my tariffs by following the booklet, after about 30 minutes gave up and rang the helpline, only to be told the
a the book isnt for the enclosed monitor!
b the monitor isnt intelligent enough to be able to work out the two tariffs! so whats the point of it, it will only tell you the useage, yet your sent cables and discs o enable it to connect to your account to work out your next bill?
waste of time, and a waste on money on e.ons behalf to even send them out to people!

I ordered mine on May 18 and it arrived yesterday, July 17. A bit confusing to set up - you enter both rates in the software but only the secondary/next rate on the monitor. Anyway, it looks like a nice freebie worth the wait. :)

Looking through the booklet in answer to some of the questions raised it says that it cost 2p a week to run. It looks very good, just go to get it all set up now and start trying to save some money with it!!

The LCD bit which sits in the house is powered by an ac adapter, which they claim costs 2p per day to run

2p or 14p a week? Anyone confirm which?

I am in the process of changing to EON from EDF and they have allowed me to sign up. Told it could be 90 days.
