dont know if this is any help but if you live near a richer sounds then it is worth popping in, i live in notts and picked one up yesterday, i know they had a couple more as well. didnt go in for one but it was playin on the tv's, remembered the post so bought one

If you send them a sternly worded e-mail stating you are not a happy chappy, they may just decide to send you one free of charge from one of their stores due to the 'inconvenience caused'

Well, I'm not a happy bunny. Money's been taken from my account for the DVD, but I've not received it nor have I had the email cancelling it. I emailed them last night to progress and have heard nothing. Thought Richer Sounds prided themselves on their CS :mad:

Thanks to info from Martini, I did get a copy from Cambridge branch, together with Chocolat so that's me rescued from the wrath of the kids...but Richer Sounds have lost my confidence with their handling of this situation.

I have to say, the people I spoke to on various telephone numbers at Richer Sounds were all very, very nice people

Told no stock available in the Leicester store unfortunately.

Hope others get sorted too ! What are you lot turning me into ? ! LOL
