I've just checked my oder status and it says order cancelled.
I've just emailed them to ask why they have taken money from my account and then cancelled the order.

I received mine today and yeah, like stated, it is the 2 Disk Collectors Editions, and £2.99 was taken from my account.

Just got an e-mail from them to say they cannot supply my order
They took the money and have said they will refund it

It says mines been dispatched on the 1st. It's not here yet, but I'll give it another couple of days.

If you haven't had your dvd yet like me don't hold out much hope of getting it (you may be lucky). They only had 2000 and they are all gone, people on forums have reported that even though their dvd was supposed to have been dispatched their order has been cancelled. Not very hapy as they have taken the money & dare I say it have formed a contract with everyone so I can't wait to see what they do as they really pride themselves with cs and don't want the bad publicity!
I placed my order late, anyone who has had theirs delivered place their order after Order Date: Sunday 30 January 2005
Order Time: 4:20pm ?

I placed an order at 12.59pm on Sunday 30th January and received an e-mail today stating

"Unfortunately the Monsters Inc. DVD you have ordered has now sold
out. We had 2000 of these in stock but were overwhelmed by the huge demand for
this product and therefore we are very sorry that we cannot fulfilled your order
on this occasion. Of course we have refunded all money’s paid in full."

My money has yet to be refunded... i'm slightly concerned they took the money straight away on the tuesday and yet i am not receiving any product??

Sure it's only £2.99 but still......

I ordered mine at 7.21 pm on the 30th.
I'm annoyed i wont be getting this as i threw my sons old vhs copy out as i thought he would be getting this

So what are the chances they cancel if it says it has been Despatched??? Cos money has been taken from the CC.
