Sent them an email last week,just saying, thanks for letting me know they were out of stock, how disappointed my kids will be, as they were looking forward to watching it over the school holidays etc, got a reply the next day, stating that one will be sent free of charge from one of their shops. Received it 2 days later.

sent another today.....theyre worse than the companies you mention because unlike the others they have not delivered despite taking the money

Ring them. Their number is on the website. Everyone else seems to have been sorted no problems so you may just have been overlooked.
