My faves are Glasgow & Changi.

Worst is Dalaman, I was livid at being asked to pay £4 for half a cup of slimy filter coffee( I know I should have just boycotted the food court ) and they charged £10 for a blo*dy McDonalds!!! The toilets were dirty with no paper, all in all a very substandard airport. I felt so strongly I wrote a letter of complaint and received a reply inviting me to use their private lounge for free if I ever return...... not likely!
Also Emirates terminal at Dubai, you must buy a drink or spend a minimum of around £6 to sit down and have a cigarette!, you cannot go outside if you are in transit............ I'm waiting for the shouldn't smoke brigade to descend........................

    Strangest

    Ireland West Airport Knock

Why is it strange? Because its small?

I don't like Heraklion in Crete you feel like you are landing in the sea the runway is so short.

Bodrum & Dalaman are rip offs.

I saw the biggest cockroach ever in Dalaman. It just walked right through the main departure area, it was so big people just gawped at it:eek:

When you see a guy in a firemans uniform loading luggage off a plane as well as when you land you wonder where the runway and airport is.

Changi is ok, but i don't see what makes it so great?

Ill add Sandakan, Borneo (the lounge is outside) and Flagstaff, USA (literally one long corridor and a runway) to the positives.

If you like "outdoor" airports, may I recommend Raratonga (Cook Islands) and Pohnpei (Micronesia) :D

I've been to Knock a few times, but never been "in" the airport.

Sligo is so small, you have to get your own bags off:rotfl:
