well then just wait for your "distributor" to run out of social network friends and family willing to keep buying avon. and then watch as it trickles up the points of a triangle until you are not making a commission as your distributors/recruits are not making any,

    Dist3
    ........> Rec1
    Dist4...........\
    ....................AVON
    Dist5.........../
    .........> Rec2
    Dist6

look at how it works above, avon takeas on a few recruits who then find some distributors... those distrinutors will then become recruits below you as you receive money from them. and they find distributors.
    Dist7
    ........>Rec3
    Dist8...........> Rec1
    ..........Rec4.............\
    Dist9........................AVON
    ............Rec5.........../
    Dist10..........> Rec2
    .........>Rec6
    Dist11
now turn ur head sideways and look what shape it makes.

and trust me you are not at the top at all. your at the bottom 2 levels and once the money dries up you will get bored and detach urself from avon and a new recruit will take your place for a few months.

dont treat it as a career plan hoping for wealth and glory out of it

here is my point only the top levels will make a career out of it.. the people working in head office.

has anyone ever been promoted into head office by going up the ladders..

no.. the chain ends at distribution/recruitment.

they are limiting you to bottom levels to tap into your social network for them to make profits and then push you a side once they are done with you.

for them its cheaper then them giving people job interviews, training them at their expense and then paying a redundancy once you dont hit targets after a few months.

good luck all.. but please dont think its a get rich method.. just a bit of pocket money for fun for a few weeks/months

    this proves the scam..

if i sold 400 shampoo for £1 distributors would get £100 commission
thats 25% yet sells are down and they then deduct 50% from distributors......

profits are down due to a flood of recruiters and lack of a distributer vs population.

10 years ago one distributer owned a whole housing estate to her territory. her recruiter was the only recruiter for the whole town.

but now theres atleast 50-200 avon people per town and probably lots more for cities. the pyramid has reached its bottom level. avon cant afford to be deliverying out 30 books to each rep if that reps territory now only spands a single street with a average sale of 5 people.

so looks like avon has squeezed profits.

avon kleeneze and betterware are the same.. when it comes to giving commissions away for recruiting and saying that the money does not exist in distributing then think about it..

the money comes from the customers... if the money is not there at the bottom level then its only the top level that is really gaining.

dont treat this as a career plan, treat it as a temporary evening hobby. get the money while its there and when it dries up dont be suckered into any over schemes if you for instance have to buy books upfront with promises they will reimburse if you hit targets.

betterware, kleeneze and avon are too flooded with people in every town. some towns have already hit the bottom of the pyramid last year, some still to go.

    hope this has been helpful

kleeneze and better ware already peaked its pyramids in most towns with 50-150 reps.

oh and the guy that said AVONS average territory is 150 homes.. thats like 3-4 streets... not much and out of those 150 homes how many actually buy.

i know of avon and decades ago territories were whole estates. now its reduced to 3-5 streets... like i said soon to get flooded as more reps convert themselves to leaders and recruit more reps it will whittle down to a territory being 50 homes.. then 25 homes.. then only friends and family..

they all turning out to be the same

if your truly a sales leader DO NOT let head office reduce territory sizes as that will be the bigest failing.. kleeneze and better ware are already seeing it

My territory is approx 225 homes. While I don't have the projected amount of customers, I usually surpass the projected amount of sales. While I agree that in some areas the market is saturated with Avon, I make no money at all from friends and family and all of the money from my territory. I think if I went in for the hard sell approach I'd make a lot more.

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time

:rotfl: I like the piece about making the figures more transparent

:rotfl: From the above they have at least started

This from what I can see is the third yaer in a row Kleenezes sales have gone backwards

I'm having a few Email conversations with Gavin Scott, who on the face of it seems a nice bloke BUT cant answer why sales are going backwards

I would love to come back to this next yaer billsavings as my feelings are that Klleneze will be another 25/30% down next year at least

Online only will be where they end up & they've already started this with online shops for their agents. The agents think this is a new income stream :rotfl: What their not told is that there will be no need for agents soon :rotfl:

    Good riddance :p
