Kleeneeze or Betterware?

My tuppence worth is that it depends what you are looking for as to which is best.
If its a reasonable regular extra ££s each week you are looking for straight off then Betterware without a doubt but thats all it ever will be a few extra ££s.
If you are prepared to put in effort building a customer base with Kleeneze and investing your earnings into building a Business over several years (and i don't think its 5 years like they used to say when we were doing it more like 10yrs +) then Kleeneze is worth looking at and i would also say that i believe the days have gone where you can earn the mega money like Bob Webb and Gavin Scott.
Retailing on its own can be very time consuming , going back time and time again for brochures not left out and deliveries and because there are so many people who have tried Kleeneze we found you had to cover a far flung area to find enough customers to earn a reasonable amount and of course then theres expenses to take off.
We did find that the extra cash going through the house each week did make a substantial difference to us, even though at end of year we only ever broke even but we were investing in the team building side and also personal development which admittedly has made a difference to us and continues to do so (a real positive side of this type of Biz which can impact all areas of your life).
Some people find the extra income from these opps a life saver and don't stop to think how much effort, hours they are putting in for it because extra income jobs aren't easy to come by in this climate and it is something that you don't need qualifications, can fit it around your existing commitments and can do as little or as much as you need to which in this climate are real benefits.
I do think the negativity for these type of Biz come from it being sold as a dream and big cheques being flashed about rather than being sold as a way (and perhaps not an easy way) of earning an extra income that most people can do to fit in with their commitments. We love what we are doing and we love why we're doing it!!0 -
Ok guy's I am going to comment again, I will agree with most of what peter pan above says the extra cash can make a big difference to some people. I think I read somewhere that the average wage in the UK is something like £25,000 a year well a hell of a lot of people do not earn anywhere near that amount, including myself, so the extra cash from Kleeneze or Betterware can make a difference between paying the mortgage and not.
Unfortunately I would have to agree I no longer think the money the Gavin Scott's and Bob Webb's earn can be earned now, but also they did put a hell of a lot of effort to get to those kind of earnings, an effort MOST people would not be prepared to do, I suspect most people if they got to £3-4,000 a month would be quite happy with that and ease off to have a family life. However you can earn £3 - £5,000 a month within a few years team building I have seen this done, but I would not say that it takes 10 years to build a solid customer base or apologies Peter Pan do you mean build a team through investing your earnings into advertising, etc.
Having seen a couple of team members try and throw money at the business for advertising and not get anywhere I will be honest with you guys and say I now mainly concentrate on the retail side which I still say is very good and I think I have proved despite your scepticism that I have plenty of customers who order regularly off me and other distributors who are prepared to put some effort in. It does not come easy or straight away it takes at least 6 months to get to a decent customer list but once there I find customers are very loyal, I had a phone call this morning from a customer who was querying why she had a cat. from another distributor through her door, and when I explained it she went on to say she would not be ordering from them as I was her distributor. Cheers, Pete.0 -

Great to have you back Pete, why........because of the complete contradiction of what you write every time
TYPICAL.......... KLEENEZE........
You say the ave. wage is £25000........
You say you don't earn that amount.......
It'll take a few years to earn £3/4 a month (£1K per week)
You have been going for 8 years SO.............. WHY DONT YOU EARN A BAG A SAND (£1K) A WEEK????
If anyone honestly beleives they can earn the money that you spout about in this day & age then I must of travelled to Oxfordshire up the Thames on a BANANA BOAT :rotfl: :rotfl::rotfl:
Cant wait for the next reply???
Regards
John

Hi PP, thanks for your input :T
The only difference I can see is that you haven't really looked at the other avenues within Betterware
From a good source  they have the catalogue rep role which is 20% plus bonuses - No cash outlay for anything. All tools of the job Free of Charge
Then they have a role callled TSA rep role which earns 30% comm (50% more than a normal rep) + bonuses/incentives Again....No cash outlay for anything. All tools of the job Free of Charge. They give you an exclusive area & will increase this area the more you want to do. You place your orders online & receive a delivery direct from Betterware the same time every week.
Then they have the Area Manager roles who can deliver & collect books for over 31% + bonuses/incentives. They get trained to recruit people, they supply newspaper advertinsg FOC. Your own exclusive area, you work it & they'll give you more!!! Again no cash outlay. Ave. earnings from my source is at least £15/20 per hour worked. Most people are still part-time people but he has a full-times who work 30 hours per week who do quite well
Sorry........ sounds like a sales pitch :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
My question is........WHY is this FREE of CHARGE???

I have NEVER at any time said I was earning the mega bucks with kleeneze, I earn enough to have a decent living and that suits me, do I presume you are earning £25,000+ a year then John?
I don't live down South I live in the North West of England where wages are a hell of a lot less.
I said I have seen it happen to other people, you get out of any business what you are prepared put in and I am happy doing what I do.
PS, Good for your Betterware friend, I have a mate up in Scotland who did it for a while, they have the same problems as Kleeneze despite what he tells you, as in people start and do nothing even though they get everything FREE sometimes they put the catalogues out and never go back for them sometimes they don't even put them out.
Except if the Betterware guy / gal does a runner overnight which apparently happened to his upline or whatever they are called a couple of times, HE still has to pay Betterware the money that person owes him perhaps £300 or £400 depending upon what he delivered to them the previous week that has to come out of his own profit / pocket, at least with Kleeneze everyone gets their OWN credit account and deal direct with the company so they go chasing after them to pay and not you.
The upline also has to sort out about a dozen or more individual agents orders (Must need a garage / large working area at least and it takes me an hour to sort my individual order so how long does it take to sort a dozen or more) and deliver them to the agent, they cannot leave the order somewhere safe (like I arrange to do with my order) as they want the cash from the previous week so they may have to wait around for that person / persons.
Also as I mentioned earlier what happened to a customer of mine, the supposed 12 month guarantee is no good if the new agent won't give the customer a refund as the old agent sold it to them not the new agent.
No doubt you will twist what I have said again though John.0 -
John. You gave me an idea a boat with a join Betterware/ Kleeneze etc etc ad on side.:D
Might help to get more students on board.

Yes i meant building a team, it took us 9 months to build a good customer base but as i said before it was far flung. Unfortunately you will also find some customers will order from whoever puts a book through the door perhaps because they don't understand its not the same person and when you try and explain they think its awful that Kleeneze are fighting between themselves. We did however build a good and rewarding customer base and had a few people who ordered everytime but mostly ordered every few drops. We love what we are doing and we love why we're doing it!!0 -

I've just looked the TSA (Territory Sales Agent) role as i hadn't heard of that before, looks like its a full time role - just wonder what hours they expect for that as it still says fit around family and must be able to give the Business your full attention. With this role you are also responsible for banking the monies and placing your own orders which the Distributor role doesn't.
The Distributor role expects you to deliver 250 catalogues eac week so i would imagine the TSA role would mean a commitment to more than that each week.
Can anyone tell me if there are targets that have to be met with these roles, i would imagine there are as this would be evidence you are doing what you should be doing, i would love to know what the figures are.We love what we are doing and we love why we're doing it!!0 -

Yes cheers peter pan, I do have a few customers who will order off any distributor and I have quite a few who don't realise about the no territories no matter how many times you tell them, so I don't bother any more unless they ask me again.0
