A few of them appear to do this type of charity work. At the very least they should declare they make a gain from it also.
They were not the only ones doing it, at least one lady was good enough to made it clear only half the profits went to her designated charity.0 -
Maybe there are less - possibly because technology has moved on to give people the opportunity to save money and watch the conference from home?
Personally I don't think this is a bad thing - it's good for people to have that choice if they haven't the money to attend. Some people may have family commitments or work at the weekend that they can't turn down.
I like to be there myself - I love the atmosphere and the team spirit that I have within our group but completely understand everyone has different circumstances.

I noticed you dont deny people were crammed in, and that not all the space was being utilised.Probaly for effect. Or were your fellow delegates making this up.
More and more distributors not being sucked in by the motivational rah/rah nonsense saving the cash and watching online instead.Apparently the leaders have got the hump about this.Everything happens for a reason0 -
I have to be honest that that has happened with both Kleeneze and Betterware - crazy when there could be orders and therefore earned money! But it does happen.
However, I do understand that someone going out for the first time on their own could be blinkin terrifying! I know it was for me the first time I started Kleeneze, lol! I personally try to go out with my team members for their first time - the only exception is if they work in the evening and are collecting in the daytime when I am working or if they live in England, (I'm in Wales so a little bit far - especially as I don't drive....yet,lol)! I do ring them to see if they are ok and to make sure they know I am there for support.

I wonder how many people join them put out the catalogues once and say blow this for a game of soldiers and throw in the towel.Everything happens for a reason0 -
My cousin has been doing Kleeneze now for about 2 years, from what I ave heard he is doing really well. Last month he showed me his cheque from them and it was £2,124.00 not bad...!!! He showed me his pay cheque as he was very proud of his progress...most the family have been saying similar things to people on here that it's a con and your wasting your time...but he seems to have done really well with it!!!Cleared £5k debt in 2015 (SO FAR)

Do you advertise your opportunity on it Debbie ?
Haven't worked out how to do that yet as its a wire cage with a soft cover but working on it, hubby is out and about in his day job in the car so that advertises our Business.

Its wrong if we have our Business link on our profile even thhough when you set up an account its one of the boxes to complete!! , its wrong if we don't as Pat as found out we are still accused of coming here in the hope of recruiting...............seems nobody can win, as soon as someone mentions something positive about MLM they are accused of either trying to recruit or that there is an ulterior motive about coming here!!!

Morethanconcerned wrote: »No the difference is I have actually done kleeneze - I have over three years experience of it and followed a link from elsewhere here when some kleeneze distributor was jawing about how you could earn £1000's etc, I did a detailed breakdown of just what was actually involved in *big* retail. That was last early last year or earlier. That there are people here that have the same experiences and can give high;y detailed accounts (and have) goes to show that there is a problem with Kleeneze.
Now patrickD by his OWN admission only did this a week , yet thinks this gives him and expert knowledge, it doesn't. He then along with you , jenny and others goes round this forum blowing off about MLM schemes, till those threads get pulled. Like others I spend more time reading than posting , I see what's going on here.
Kid yourselves if you like, doesn't fool me.
I have had over 2 years Kleeneze experience on both the retailing which did work for us and on the teambuilding. I am getting involved in this discussion because the retailing did work with Kleeneze and again when we were Everyday Essentials both which provided a useful extra income and we are now doing it a third time.

I'm afraid the answer is LOTS Colinallcars and that has to be because they were signed up by an inexperienced recruiter or one who was liberal with the truth and set too high expectations. Many people also don't realise that actually getting 200 brochures ready to go out for the first time isn't a quick job and putting brochures out when you haven't done it before can be quite daunting and uncomfortable until you get used to it the same as anything you haven't done it before.
I find that some people think its going to be easy whatever they are told and perhaps set their own expectations too high and are then disappointed. It is simple but its not always easy.
People need to stop seeing Business Opportunities like this as a quick instant get rich thing and see it instead as a way to build a really useful 2nd income and if the higher incomes they want they need to reinvest in themselves to become and learn the skills needed to be a good teacher and mentor. They are Business Opportunities and even if its just retailing you need to treat it as if its your own Business, you are an independent Distributor and as such you can make your Business as good or not as you want.
