What an inspirational list of achievements for 2010. I especially admire the weight loss as I am someone who has to lose 100 lbs to get out of the obesity area of the graph! Good luck for next year I hope that it brings you everything you wish for.

Ohhh not posted here this year! Well the year so far... ermmmm...

    - I've OP'd £100 (by Standing order)
    - had my 1st one to one skating lesson (lots of corrections to work on. I have a very wayward right foot apparently! :rotfl:)
    - I got up courage to weigh myself this morning and I'm the same weight still as before Xmas so my Xmas / NY excess has (hopefully!) vanished.
    - my parents shared their evil lurgy with me - much wheezing. :(
    - bought an insane amount of clothes! Lots of jeans / jumpers / cardys / t-shirts / tops / vest tops (for when things get too big so I don't flash all and sundry whenever I bend down! :rotfl:) for the next few sizes down. I've tried to be very frugal (charity shop / ebay / asda sale) but I think I've bought 20+ things! Need to get up the courage to add it all up tomorrow. Someone needs to lock up my credit card! :o

Feeling a bit more alive today - Far less wheezy... yay! :D

Well I added up my clothing spends and am now a lot cheerier! :j
My clothing bought since Xmas tally is...

    - 5 cardys
    - 2 jumpers (though 1 @£5 may be returned)
    - 2 pairs of Jeans
    - 1 pair smart black trousers
    - 6 tops / blouses
    - 5 vests
    - 4 t-shirts
    - 6 bras
    - 3 pairs of knickers (2 of which match the bras :D)

All this for the princely sum of... drumroll please...

    £76-76! :j :D

This was a mix of charity shop (one seemed to have a heap of stuff my next size down that I liked and was really cheap!), Asda sale, various bits from ebay and a fab trip to the M&S sale.

Today I accidently managed to be in a branch of M&S, just as some of the sale bras got further reduced... 2 fit me now, 2 are just a bit too small but should fit in a month or 2's time (hopefully!) and 1 is a bit smaller still but v pretty. All 5 were reduced to £1 each so it seemed rude not to buy them! :p I tried another branch too but some of the same bras were still £9 there. Did find some matching knickers though so for the 1st time EVER I have some properly matching underwear! :D

Most of the clothes are boring plain stuff that will go with anything - The tops etc are a mix of the next 2 sizes down so should form the basis of my wardrobe for the next 4/5/6 months.

Woo hoo! :j Even better is that my brother gave me £50 for Xmas (mainly since he didn't get round to buy vouchers! :p) so only £26.76 has to come from my clothes budget of £40 a month! :j That should leave me with enough to buy some nicer pieces to pep things up with when I see them over the next few months! :D

    Still possibly needed are
    - more tshirts? - no rush so will wait for spring / summer stuff to hit the shops
    - light jacket of some sort - will buy [STRIKE]if[/STRIKE] whenever it gets warm enough to wear one!
    - waterproof jacket - my current one is now ginormous on me! :rotfl:

I've also bought 2 pairs of joggers + sports bra + footless tights = £34.47 from my skating budget. :p

Not at all - what a great haul! I added it up to £130 so that's superb! Don't just buy yourself boring stuff though - do get yourself some nice cheery bits to celebrate your weight loss - or maybe some bright jewellery? Charity shops are good for that too ;)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Don't worry, the cheery stuff will be bought too! :D I need the everyday stuff for work - I live in jeans and a tshirt / jumper / cardy there as the nicer stuff sometimes gets ruined if I wear it there. :p

I have a LOT of semiprecious beads / stones / silver awaiting inspiration to turn into jewellery so should be good on that front too! :p
