valli!!!!
Just asked DS1 and he says do not chuck the Sega - there's quite a nostalgia market for these vintage consoles. Check out ebay to see what they are going for.
Love, Serena x

Caught up with thread.
Long day at work, but fun - in a cutting and sticking mood today, so we have lovely posters of 'el dormitorio de mis suenos' (my dream bedroom) in the Year 7 rooms. And a lot of half cut up Argos catalogues.;)
If you are the parent of an 11-12 year old boy, please note that they require a White X-box, a black yellow sofa that converts to a bed, a gaming chair, and I-Pod. Nothing else.
Year 8 Parents' evening, home about 7.15. Now shattered.
I'll be flying again tomorrow - and I have to clear the side path along the house, as I am having work in the garden early Saturday morning - small extension to a the top terrace (that's a posh way of describing a small area of paving isn't it??:D) and starightening out the path - as I've now decided a square of paving would look much better than a quarter circle. I'm having a new washing line socket put in as well - which I've been waiting for OH to do for about five years.
Off to do the washing up now, as no-one else is volunteering, and then any rubbish on TV.
cycling yorkie - much admire your DD's courage. DS1 lost his two closest friends as a result of his illness - not so much the original illness, but the two or three years of episodes that followed...
Love and hugs.It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -

we have others who commute and work long hours too - there is no easy answer but I would suggest that you try to do a little each night - even if itsd just 30 mins so that you havent got loads to do at the weekend and you can relax - also training your DH is always a good idea:D

Thanks Toots

Well......shopping wasn't here by 5 past 9 and no call(..well, no message) to say it would be late. So, went to the local shop to get a couple of cans. Came back went out the back, with OH to have a ciggie and get the dog in. Came in and there was someone repeatedly knocking on the door and window......Tesco, and when I said he was late(9:25), he said he had been there for 10 mins, ooops, but if I had known he was going to be late I would have gone out the front for a ciggie and got the dog in when OH could hear the door (or vice verca).........
Anyway, I don't need to go to the shops tomorrow....(and Tesco haven't taken any money (yet)......0 -
