Evening all

Well I tried my concoction of egg white and natural yoghurt on my hair followed by mild shampoo, (Neals Yard baby shampoo - can't get much milder than that)
Finished off with a pint of warm water with a teaspoon of honey dissolved in it to rinse and I have never had so many lovely comments in work about my hair! It has seriously come out so shiny and looking in gorgeous condition - I would highly recommend it
Going to get washing on, de-clutter some before I look for a natural foot soak
Have fun all

I have a quandry re freecycle....guy (from the next village) came today and picked up a lamp and proceeded to tell me it was for his son...new flat...council......grant...blahdy blah. Anyway, I have since put in a post offering a Barbie play tent....couple of replys, including one from this guy saying it is for his grand-daughter....he is close but I have also had 3/4 missed calls from him(he left his mobile number so I could text the address(won't do that again!!!!) since posting the tent)....do I give it to him and hope he is not on my door evry time I put something on or do I give it one of the others and try and avoid him. It is up to YOU, to decide who you give your items to. Tell this man, you have given the items to some one else this time, if he becomes a pest then report him to the mods of your group.

toochoosey I would say you had already offered it to the first person who responded, and I quite agree about not giving your number out again. On the other hand you know he is safe......
