I woulds also recommend Ecover for my son. We found that it wasn't particularly the fragrance that effects him but the optical whiteners that lots of companies even the senstive ones put in.

I don't think there is a set 1. My Dad and I both find Persil non-bio to be the only one we can use, and comfort or lenor fabric softener don't bring us up, some others do. We do use less than the recommended amount though, and always have extra rinse on.
Friends of ours can only use tescos non-bio.
