In defence of Orange, the offer was not related to Orange it was an offer done independently by orange accessories. I have however submitted a complaint over it as it should have been handled in a much more professional manner.

Well advised to complain to Orange.
On their website they link directly to orangeaccessories from the home page of Orange

i cc all letters of complaints to orange anyway - hopefully that will annoy them although their off hand replies from orange accessories, doubt they care

i dropped a complaint into orange accessories and the reply back was we are out of stock your order is cancelled, completely ignoring all the questions I asked. After the 2 phone calls and now 2 emails, they state no customer agent has left any notes against the order, just goes to show another failure.

anyone know the email ad to complain to. I want to send it to an adress where someone will actually read and respon - rather than an employee in a low position who will reply with an automated like response.

My problem is not the fact that i didnt get my order as stock was limited - by why people who ordered hours after me got theirs.

I had the same email and I didn't order one of these. I don't even own a Nokia!
