munchki - pull it out of BB and save or spend it and give yourself a treat.
had a quick look on some of the threads of people playing off gambling debts and its reeeaallly scary to read especially how it all spirals very quickly. plus you deserve that money so use it even if its on quillow fabric or craft stuff or some more glamorous nets or chocolate and wine etc.
    sorry for lecture.lol

hey Mabel - must feel a bit weird but good at the same time.
but don't go to the shops in just your merkin and think you'll get away with it. I know they say theres no such thing as bad publicity but try some slightly more traditional routes for something blue first.lol

I agree Jo, think that fiver had been on there since at least feb, forgot it was there. I dont have a gambling habit which is a good thing as it would be so easy to keep thinking that you will hit the big one so to speak. Think I am going to save it for my weekend away in September, that is nearly my train fare sorted lol

Mable, well done with the prozac, am sure it is not an easy one to venture down I can only imagine. When it gets a bit tough, take five mins and dig down deep inside yourself and understand why you are doing it and what you want to accomplish. The strength really will be there you just might have to dig a bit for it at times and for all the other times, well we are all here to help and support along the way!

Thanks Jo and Munchki that means a lot (and I'm promising nothing about the merkin) I think i'll be ok, its more an anxiety thing than a depression thing and at the mo I have nothing to be anxious about...well except where the next fivers coming from but i'm used to that :-/

Hey Mabel we haven't looked back since DH came off his anti D's must be about 5 years or more now. had a couple of times he's felt himself sliding but we've got through them. although his is more depression than anxiety I think. was all a bit nerve racking at first and I was probably more wary than him as I had very young child and didn't want evrything to go t-i-t s up.
hardest part was the reducing down gradually bit once he had done that and was alright to stop he didn't really have any problems finally stopping completely.
as Munchki says we are all here for you.

Evening all! Back from my busy, but enjoyable weekend! Had way too much to drink and a very late night...or should I say Saturday morning!!, then went to see two of my friends graduate their OU degrees, and stayed with them for the day, collected kids back, then today went to Gardeners World Live at the NEC and brought some lovely plants....now shattered, no jobs done ready for next week, but I don't care lol!

Mabel - are you planning on saying/doing something tomorrow and have got your excuse in already lol!!? Seriously sure you will be fine, but we are here if you need us! Tomorrow a busy day anyway launching your first Etsy Viral campaign lol!

Hi Munchki - really missed you, glad you are working stuff out, you def. sound like life is on the up!!

Hi Jo, hows you? Are the kids all ok now? I second your missing everyone, I really hope everyone comes back soon.
