Happy Birthday Mambury_party_
Well hospital was ok I suppose, they think it's IBS and will find out in 2 weeks. Going bed now has have cramps due to the procedure
See you all tomorrow
TH X8 years of being on a DMP finished 3/3/140 -
Ahh TH - i hope you feel better soon, the procedure sounds horrid to bring on cramps. I suffered from IBS a while back and found that peppermint tea helped x
Munchki - i have no idea on blankets sorry - i'd like to buy a wizard of oz one but i know that won't reflect popular tastes. I also like owls, and flowers and little birds, stars, trees, bubbles... i'm not sure that's very helpful though as i have unconventional tastes. I'd like a blanket to look yummy and snuggly covered with things that i love. It'd be for snuggling though and not for display lolJust £10,852.28p to go...

Em, that is exactly what I wanted to hear, your personal preferences lol!!!
big flowers, tiny flowers, what type of backgrounds? I have found retro, and flowerfaerie fabric, have found some amazing tattoo art fabric and stacks of animals and birds lol
Now just need to take the plunge and buy two or three or a few more lol, to start with!!I am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour0 -
Evening all - my evening has not gone according to plan lol, but I'm going to go have a fly with a black bag in the bedroom shortly and that'll make me feel better for having done nothing so far lol.
Munchki, I love flowers, something really kitsch and old fashioned, stars, faeries, stripes, anything with lots of wonderful colour! There, that's my tuppenceworth and it didn't hurt!
Mabel - pml @ the Kim & Aggie comment - but you're possibly not too far off the mark!!!

thank you thank you thank you.........all wonderful thoughts.......I am having a blast searching for fabrics, I love the feel and shimmer of some oriental ones, and the retro and days gone by feeling I get from others. I so miss sewing and creating and can hardly wait to get started again!!
Think what I might do is buy 1.5 metres of a 4 or 5 and then a co-ordinating back for each and have a stab at them to just get a feel. Also going to work on a rather special one and play around with some beading and perhaps a bit of 3d stitching by hand.......oh I can see time slipping away quickly from me now lol xxI am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour0 -
I would love one munchki but with two dogs think it might get chewed :-( perhaps when puppy grows out of the chewing stage then i will be placing an order
