I have just rung Body shop, the order that i picked up today was my lost order as she said my re ordered items of yesterday would be delivered by UPS tomorrow!!! I originally paid £6 for my items less quidco.! Now paid the £7.06 and potentially get the orders tomorrow. If they arrive tomorrow i might ask Bodyshop if i can send the other gift sets back and for them to arrange to pay me my postage as i don't want to be greedy! (and take advantage of there mistakes!!) xx

I'd keep them if I were you :)

That's not fair.:( It must just depend who you get reading your email then or what mood they are in, It was a man that answered mine.

I used the email address from the contact us link on the page which is <UKOnline.CareCentre@thebodyshop.com>. I said in my email that a friend had been sent an item after it came back in stock and wondered if they would possibly send mine, so maybe they responded because they know that I know they are sending them when asked. They said that it was only meant to be a "while stocks lasted" promotion but would send as a gesture of goodwill. HTH

Just wanted to say thank you so much for this!:A I emailed about one of my items that was OOS and not delivered, & got a reply back saying that they're now going to send it! Yay! :T xx

Yes its over unfortunately. But you can still take advantage of the BOGOF offer on the summer essentials range here. You get the dearest item of the 2 free:D There's also a 20% off code here that can be used.

I am trying to use the buy 1 get one free summer essentials deal but the
body shop site does not seem to recognise this and is still charging me full price. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong? Thank you very much.

fairy2, make sure u add full sizes i.e. choose 200ml instead of 50ml for butter and scrubs.
