After worrying that I wouldn't get my coconut gift set, I got everything I ordered. :j
My favourite is the Neroli Jasmin, it smells gorgeous and I would never have tried it if it wasn't for the glitch.

I now want a glitch on more perfumes and the matching gels and lotions!!

Thanks for this - I emailed Body Shop last night to say the set I didnt get is now back in stock and politely asked if they would be sending it out. Got email back to say that they will (and by express delivery!) so for those that didnt get their sets just email and ask and they will send it.

cheapchick can I ask what email address you used to contact them? I emailed them a while ago with a product query and heard nothing back, so I'm now wondering whether I've emailed the wrong address or they're just ignoring me:)

I used the email address from the contact us link on the page which is <[EMAIL="UKOnline.CareCentre&#64;thebodyshop.com"]UKOnline.CareCentre@thebodyshop.com[/EMAIL]>. I said in my email that a friend had been sent an item after it came back in stock and wondered if they would possibly send mine, so maybe they responded because they know that I know they are sending them when asked. They said that it was only meant to be a "while stocks lasted" promotion but would send as a gesture of goodwill. HTH

Received my order today and am delighted
I ordered :-
1 x coconut shower gel
1 x coconut body scrub
1 x wild cherry shower gel
1 x wild cherry body scrub
1 x mango shower gel
1 x mango body butter
Price should have been £18 - £2.40 discount = £15.60
BUT as the coconut shower gel was OOS I was only charged £12 - £2.40 = £9.60!

They also gave me 2 x L'Oreal Nail varnish (cant see them on thier website) £5.99 each in Boots & 3 x volume million lashes mascara £10.99 each in Boots.

So.... I paid £9.60 for £94.45 worth of products :j

why would bodyshop send you Loreal products, when they only sell their own brand and its not tested on animals were other products are, very strange, cant see it myself :think:

Apparently Proctor and Gamble own the Body Shop now and they test everything on animals - wont be buying anything else from there now:mad:
