Yes - I had an email from Customer Services today re my missing Neroli gift set and X2 nail buffers (UPS delivered them to a random address):mad:

As the Neroli set is OOS they have offered to send a replacement gift set which is very kind of them - they could have just refunded my 3 quid!

There's been some fab BS glitches and offers, but I'm sorta glad it's over as I might have end up spending even more money. Too hard to resist!!

Got my first order today :j

One of the items i bought in the BOGOF is no longer on the site at all (the other products in the range are though) Is this normal with the BS or does this mean they are discontinuing the item? Seems a bit odd its completely gone and not just showing OOS and that the other items in the range are still up.

Would have liked to buy a few more

Which range is it? There are always new ones coming in, so it might be an older one finishing. If that makes sense:o
