In of my orders I just recieved the soaps, so I sent an email and hey presto I'm getting one white musk set (£20) sent but also the other set I ordered is still out of stock and I was told I could pick another one to replace it! Happy days :j:j

It seems a lot of people didn't get their gift sets. All my orders have gone to my parent's house as I am not in to get them. I won't be going there for another two weeks so haven't checked my packages. The despatch emails have said they are being sent but should I get her to go through the packages and check them? It's a big job!!!

you will be able to check by looking at your order history on the bodyshop site - if there is a 0 next to any of the products you ordered it means that they are oos and havent been sent hth

Thank you very much. I think I am ok in that case. I didn't relish asking my Mum to go through all my packages!

I didn't get my free gift with the 2 gift bags I ordered. Phoned up to return the bags but she said would you like me to send you a gift box now. Well what was I to say. The Shea butter one arrived today and it looks lovely. Well pleased with the Body Shop customer service team.
