How about giving the money to a charity if she feels bad? Or give a couple of items to a Women's center? I'm pretty sure BS are well aware of these "glitches", and she didn't set out to make a profit. x

thanks max, i will suggest that. what she is worried about is they got her details... shes far too worried about this than the glitch when i told her about it.
i wish i have live my life a little bit off the book, took a chance and gamble

Hi I have a bodyshop card can anyone tell me do i have to put my membership number down when ordering online in order to get my 10% discount or does it come off automatically. Thank you

    Hi

When you log in and put items in your basket & click checkout then 10% off membership discount comes off automatically.

Personally, I use membership card in store mostly. You can get 10% off code after giving review anyway or use other discount codes (20% or £5 off £25) if you order online. Must say 50% off code this afternoon was the best one ever!!

Can you use your 10% discount and discount code in the same order? Or is it just one or the other?

The only time I have been able to use the Love your body discount in conjunction with another has been the free delivery codes. If you are logged in it will automatically give you the 10% and allow you to add free discount code too - but usually the 20% codes and this one today are much better than the Love your body one! :D

I had a bit of a disappointment today - my second order was despatched back end of last week and UPS tried to deliver on Monday but unfortunately they are one of these require a signature jobs and I'm out at work all day (it's strange cos my other order came by Royal Mail?)
Anyway I called UPS and rearranged delivery to my mum's address for Wednesday as she would be in but Friday still nothing delivered. :(

I called UPS today and apparently their courier has delivered to a completly random address where the person has signed for my stuff

Apparently I have to contact Body Shop to ask them to contact UPS - why should I have to sort it out?

I've emailed the Body Shop but knowing my luck I'll just get a £3 refund for the 2 nail files as the Neroli set is OOS - wondering if I ask nicely they will send me a different set? - worth a try maybe.

Has anybody else had this trouble with UPS couriers?

My UPS courier (the one time I was in when he came!) said he pretty much never takes anything back to the depot! Luckily there's a nice man that lives opposite me that has taken my parcel in a couple of times. He was sweet enough to apologise this week that he had been out late the day it came, so I didn't get it from him til the next day!

Hermes are the worst couriers for me.
