I received all my goods but never got charged for any had them over a week now with no reserved amounts on my bank account maybe the glitch got better by giving me them all free.

Hopefully you get a response this time. I sent my email late the other night and had my response around lunchtime the following day. As I said I think they may have sent it because I mentioned a friend having the same service - so if I hadnt they may have come up with some excuse not to send the gift set. Good luck! You could also mention you were ignored last time and they might throw in a freebie!

I agree - i emailed once after one of the lids had broke off a facial wash and went over the rest of the stuff. I wasnt too bothered as I washed it off and it didnt lose much so I was only suggesting they changed their packaging (it was those envelopes so all the fluff stuck to my stuff!), but they replied with an apology and sent me a new facial wash out.

Looks like a freebie if it's been a week! :rotfl:Well done. maybe worth asking your bank how long the comapny can wait before charging you as you dont want them taking out in a weeks time or so - I really dont think they can do that though

I ordered 4 nail files an 2 strawberry gift sets. Had an email to say it was being despatched on the 5th May, never received, so rang Bodyshop who advised it had been sent UPS.! Th elovely lady saidd she would trace it for me, she rang back saying it had never been scanned into the UPS system so was lost at their depot!!! She reordered all my items and OOS on Strawberry so i excepted the Lemon sets instead.!! Blow me today Royal Mail have tried to deliver a parcel with a £7.06 card to pay. Just been and paid and collected to find its my Bodyshop order that wasn't sent to UPS but given to RM instead.!!! What do i do now!!!!!!?????

OMG Scattyhead - ring the body shop back and tell them. They do use Royal Mail to deliver as well as UPS but it looks like they have forgot to pay postage at their end. How much was your total order? If it was more than the postage maybe they'll just refund the order in full leaving the Royal mail charge for you - or they'll send it out again as assuming you dont collect from Royal Mail they'll just return to the Body Shop?

:jYay! That's great news. I wouldnt have though to email them either if I hadnt saw Pepperonis post. I think it's great that they're still honouring them so three cheers for BS!

The mascaras still lookin good although my eyes watered earlier after a massive yawn and it did smudge when i wiped them so it's certainly not waterproof.

I have just rung Body shop, the order that i picked up today was my lost order as she said my re ordered items of yesterday would be delivered by UPS tomorrow!!! I originally paid £6 for my items less quidco.! Now paid the £7.06 and potentially get the orders tomorrow. If they arrive tomorrow i might ask Bodyshop if i can send the other gift sets back and for them to arrange to pay me my postage as i don't want to be greedy! (and take advantage of there mistakes!!) xx

I sent an email too ask if they would send me the oos gift set all i got was an email back stating terms and conditions from a Hannah Drew saying they wouldnt send me one.
