Hi all, just caught up on all your goings on! GREAT idea about the footie strips MG.

Taka and Clooties Mum, I would blag a room in a bar in town, buy in some clothes, talk through body shapes and basics and then let people have a try on. What do you think?

I think anything to get rid of 'diet negativity' is a good thing. Much better to have a different focus like eat healthy, get fit, enjoy life.

Another useful skill is to become aware of eating and how you feel ... better to know you are crunching because you are angry as you have a choice to punch a pillow instead

Hi Fantasia, have you had any feedback about why you weren't offered the jobs you were interviewed for? Or have you asked for feedback from them? Just wondering if there may be something in how you are presenting yourself in interviews or answering questions that is not showing you at your best? I was also wondering if theres anyone on this thread who is able to offer you a bit of interview coaching if you felt that might help? Good luck with the job hunt.
