There's also a TalkTalk Company Representative who posts on the phone/broadband section of this site, however, their light is red at the mo and you can't PM them. Might be worth putting a post on that area of the site to see if they get in touch/others might have advice?

Oh dear what a complete fiasco! Phoning from a neighbour's house would be ideal I suppose if you could manage it? I'm more than happy to ring up and pretend to be you - but on second thoughts perhaps it should be Crickett since she now has a reputation as being scary....:eek:
