Try these:
0207 181 8118 (Customer services) one-tel gives 0870 number
01925 554 949 (Customer services) not in service - gives 0870 number
01925 554 597 (Broadband helpline) unobtainable
01925 556 470 (second level of Broadband helpline - might be more useful techy people on here?) unobtainable
(taken from say no to 0870)
Good luck hon
does anyone sense a pattern here?????

Maybe you could request a call back by posting online?0 -
How annoying about all these numbers being duds, Grrrrrrr.0

Do you have a neighbour with TT - it'd be free for them so they wouldn't mind?0
-
There's also a TalkTalk Company Representative who posts on the phone/broadband section of this site, however, their light is red at the mo and you can't PM them. Might be worth putting a post on that area of the site to see if they get in touch/others might have advice?0

Oh dear what a complete fiasco! Phoning from a neighbour's house would be ideal I suppose if you could manage it? I'm more than happy to ring up and pretend to be you - but on second thoughts perhaps it should be Crickett since she now has a reputation as being scary....
Hope it gets sorted soon xx0 -
