Right then peeps - i need your help.

just finished bottling up my dill pickles when - my opportunity box went. outside is the joiner who helped me out with a couple of jobs at the school, baring a LIDL bag with TEN of the hugest cucumbers i have ever seen in my life (insert "carry on" joke of your choice here!!!):rotfl::rotfl:

so what do you do with 10 - 18" long cucumbers that are as wide round as a tin of beans???

PS I did restrain myself and didn't terrify the guy by making all sorts of "well size IS important jokes" -

think i was very grown up and mature about it all - i'm working on being very appreciative, practising for when my perfect partner showers me with diamonds of course.:D

i can't help chuckle when I pass the kitchen table though............ so many inapropriate jokes and no-one to share them with:rotfl:

He he....my friend at work has an allotment and offered me some of the largest cucumbers and courgettes I have ever seen then made some comment about them being every single woman's best friend. I know it's been a while but I thought that was uncalled for!!!

They were huge though
