We are going to put our final offer in on a house, all previous offers have been refused. I have been visualising living there, any more positive ways I can get this house?

Kids had a meeting today - along with the new teacher they had a request.

"Can we keep chickens please?"............. I mean its OK by me, but the headteachers vegan, so i'm not so sure she would be up for it. turns out she's ok.................. so..............

................off i go to try and find plans for a hen house and then source three little ladies for the school.

You've got to admit, my life cetainly does have variety - LOL

why not try visualising the owners of the house celebrating their own move, see them joyfully and excitedly packing up their possessions on their way to a bright and shiny new start.

imagine them walking through the empty rooms saying a silent goodbye and remembering all the lovely times they have had and wishing you well as the guardians of their beloved old home.

imagine them feeling calm and contented letting go of their attachment to their old home and moving gracefully towards a calm and tranquil future.

Surround the house with a golden positive hoop of glowing protection and ask yourself to wake you from your sleep tonight at the perfect time to beam these thoughts to the owners dreams tonight - helping them gracefully let go and move on.

the reason they have not accepted your offer is not that they don't want to sell, its that they haven't let go yet. ask any estate agent - the perfect home is found when you have given up looking for it, the baby is conceived when you have accepted its never going to happen and you are going to adopt instead. focus on "the best for all concerned"

:TWell you sound amazing to me MG - you have a lot to be proud of. :T

I have done life coaching a few years ago which I loved and played with the idea of setting up my own business - but backed off as need a steady income (partly so can repay debts). I spent an evening in the pub with a friend deciding what my ideal job looked like and how I could still use my coaching skills....

The first job I saw on the net when I got home was the one I am in now... It was only temp and less money than I am used to so I nearly didn't bother... but now they are talking about making it perm. It is lovely to be paid for helping people.... Spelling out in your own head what it is you are looking for does make all the difference to whether you recognise it when you see it.

ps I've just hoovered the lounge.... and DS is preparing chicken fahijtas for our tea (he is 12.5!)

Reading your posts today i would love to come round to your house and be your close friend. You often talk about what DIY needs doing in the house, but to me, your house is a home and that is what is more important.

I've also got the song from Jungle book in my head. 'ooh ooh ooh, I wanna be like you oooh ooh'. Your boys are certainly lucky to be in your family and being brought up so well.

Sorry MG to butt in :o

Lucielle you could try writing out an envelope with your name and the new house address on it. Leave it on the side and every time you pass it say to your self ' Im Lucielle and live at (new address)', Also thank the universe for giving you the house, act as if it is yours already. Good luck ;)
Sew it, knit it, glue it, reuse it , don't buy it

Lucielle, when I go to bed tonight, I shall order that your offer on this house be accepted. I've read that it can be more powerful if people order together and also for each other, you don't even have to know what the other person wants, just order.
