I actually had to read, re-read then read again your post regarding the HTH. Truly shocking, unacceptable behaviour.

This guy obviously has serious anger management problems, and I would be surprised if this was the first time he has lashed out with his fists.
I am so sorry MG - have you discussed with the other witnesses?

ps. I have greatly restrained myself from using many, many expletives throughout this post.

It's down to was that behaviour acceptable at any time to anyone and the answer is NO.

So, whatever the consequences, my thoughts are with you during your journey through that moral maze.

Often read your thread but not posted before.
Please report this man.Next time it could be a child.
    There again he isn't a man,just a thug.
Maybe his wife knows all about his anger and is too frightened to do anything about it in case he abuses her.

MG - how awful, what shocking behaviour.

Any consequences will of course be as a direct result of his actions - his choice to hit - and not your decision to report it to the police, which is a reasonable and sensible step to take! He is not fit to be around children if he can't control his temper.

  • I hope you are ok, and i am glad you are going to report it. People who are in a school environment should act appropriately. If his anger was like that to you, imagine how he would react if he was with a teenager who was deliberately trying to aggravate him, as they do.

You don't mention being physically hurt, so i am happy about that, and so glad you walked out and kept yourself safe. If that headteacher does nothing about it she will not keep the respect of the other people that witnessed it anyway.

    What an idiot.

Is there a positive slant on this? I think you might be inspired to write your best work yet while writing tomorrow.

Squishy hugs to you. Not too close mind as i am loaded with cold and i don't think you would want it xx

MG, a man like that who is clearly unbalanced shouldn't be any where near children. How could he hit you? What kind of person is he? That is how he deals with problems?

I would imagine this isn't the first time he has done this and the economy being what it is I doubt a head would leave a job right now,she is quite possibly used to covering up her husband's attitude/actions and your type of schools aren't ten a penny so she needs you just as much as you need her to a point and equally if she did !!!! off - well good luck to her, I am sure the universe would send you a proper head.

    Ditto

Hope you're OK and I hope it all goes well at the police station tomorrow. Try to get a good nights sleep xx

I was disgusted to hear what this thug ( I wont call him a man) has done. There is never any excuse for this kind of behavior, but doing it because you switched of a socket is beyond belief.

I think you are doing the right thing reporting this to the police. He needs to know he cannot get away with this.

Sending you hugs and best wishes.

  • Thank goodness you will go and report it. It will explode in his direction and yes, it may be uncomfortable for a while-but his actions brought it on. Condoning it on anyone else's part-well that makes it equally as bad in my book. At the very least they should have apologised.
