    Well there are exercises you can do. Just don't ask me what they are, because I can't see how you'd hitch that up to a rowing machine...

    Well this is one of the exercises you're supposed to be doing. You've got to make sure that you really are that close to the lake and mountains.

    Oh, that's weird, I was just out by the lake doing that one this morning ZTD!

    The things we go through in the name of procreation - I'll say goodbye to my pelvic floor now then! :rolleyes:

    Men - they just get the easy, fun bit!!

    I'm sitting here trying to persuade hubby to at least mow the bit of lawn in front of our house, so we have somewhere to sit, but I just heard a gentle snore escape his lips, so I don't think it's going to happen. What usually now happens is that I go out, mow the lawn, come back in exhausted almost to the point of collapse, and hubby says 'You should have left that for me to do, you're supposed to be taking it easy.....' :mad:
