Just my local chemist. Think Boots do it too sometimes.

Hi guys, sorry I haven't been keeping up this past week. Not much to report here as I have been good and avoided any purchases even the BS grabbit:eek:

I have managed to finish the BS passionfruit cleansing gel. WIBA: Yes, it has a lovely scent and cleanses the skin really well without drying it out. Plus its very handy to just be able to use it in the shower rather than faff about with cotton pads for a change. I still have another in my stash, and some other BS cleansers/toners so I won't actually need to purchase any for quite a while.

Hope everyone is keeping well, and I'll try and catch up properly over the weekend x

Hi everyone, hope you're all well and to those people away for the weekend - hope you have a great time! I'm not going away and wish the sunshine would come back, but have got a friend's birthday party to go to this evening which should be good :)

This week, I have been able to take 2 gift sets plus 1 large bubble bath, and 1 large handcream out of my stash to give away as presents (birthdays and thank yous), so I am feeling quite proud of myself at the moment for being able to let them go! :)

I had a bath last night and used up a Lush bath bomb. I thought it was Blackberry but I think it must have been another one, or a Blackberry one that had gone very wrong. When it hit the water and started to dissolve, the purple dye seemed to dissolve into strands that stuck to my skin and the sides of the bath - mmmm attractive! I was using a body scrub, which was just as well in the circumstances as I kept having to scrub away the marks - which looked like someone had attacked me with a biro! :rotfl:
When I got out of the bath, the water did look very pretty - all lilac and quite glittery in a way - but I had to get to the sides and bottom of the bath immediately with the bathroom cleaner to get rid of the "pen marks". WIB this one again? Nooooooooo. Has anyone else ever had that experience with Lush bath bombs? Its the first time it has happened to me. Fairly puts me off trying the nice bright green Avobath one I have in my stash - I might come out looking like a martian! :rotfl:

Well hopefully later I will have some more use ups to report, but that's it for now. Have a good Saturday everybody.
    Love from Candice x

Just found some more toiletries I had forgotten all about, among them were a few Boots products Skin Kindly (purple bottles) and bodyscience (blue cans) no idea how old these are and when Boots stopped selling them, but will try them and see if they are still ok. I vaguely remember some sort of glitch on these at the time and am sure they cost me very little, if anything!

Anybody else still got any of these ranges?

Yesterday was pay day so I went into Boots and bought Aussie Colour mate schampoo, toothpaste, floss and new toothbrush heads all which I had nearly run out off. My plans for June is to buy nothing.

Recently I bought L'oreal nutri summer gradual tan body lotion and its brilliant, it gives just a hint of tan which is just what I wanted.

Use up's have been slow. I finished of Johnsons holiday skin body lotion. WIBA? No, the tan wasn't even on me and I didn't like the smell. Also, used up Vaseline body lotion with aloe and cucumber. WIBA? Yes, I liked this one because it's light but still moisturising. I am not a body butter girl at all.

I start to get a bit bored with this challenge so I have swopped some products around to get some variety with the products. I really hope the challenge will continue in June.

Have a lovely bank holiday weekend. Here it's raining which is typical!

Yes! I used the very gold very glitterly one and there was a sheen of gold glitter all the way round the bath! It took me ages to scrub it off! Did look pretty though :rotfl:
