Why is it with having a week off interfear's with nsd's :o still I might get 1 tomorrow [don't hold your breath, know what I'm like] look's like I might have to wait till I'm back at work on Saturday

:oOK Spoon get the rope out!:o My purse can't wait for me to go back to work, the moth's are looking for a new home, and I'v blow the GC and I'm hanging my head in shame, I need a boot up the bum, still at least I'v got the eye drop's + hayfever table's ordered, the pre pay certificate ordered and enough washing powder to last the year:eek::eek::o

Oh dear, boultdj, I only keep the rope for very serious cases, but think you might just fit that criteria now. You had such a lovely colony of moths flourishing in your purse, now they've gone to colonise someone else's. Maybe pdd will lend your her aliens for a couple of days, in the meantime, as requested - hands out, please..

and just to make doubly sure..
    2udyhc9.jpg

and here's a boot up the bum as well..

Seriously, don't be too hard on yourself - you've had a week off, enough to disrupt any routine, and you've got 11 NSDs out of 15 - you've done brilliantly. Back on the straight and narrow from Saturday:D:D

Reporting in with NSD number 10 but tomorrow is shopping and paying for & picking up sofa & chair from auction hall - need to take old one to tip on the way so tonight we have put it into the van ready for the morning - can't wait to get the room all sorted

Going for eye tests tomorrow at 10 am - we both need glasses

    Next NSD will be Saturday

Hi sf .... I hope you've got the message now that we don't do failure on this challenge...... Cheryl has hit the nail right on the head.

You had a brilliant month last month - well over your first target - so don't be too hard on yourself this month. You've had a lot on and a lot of other pressures as well and they're bound to take their toll on you.

Congratulate yourself for the brilliant total of 10 NSDs you've already got - any more is a bonus.

:T:T to the sofa - that is a bargain! Never been to an auction, I might have to check one out. I know what you mean about losing NSD's for silly small spends though - I lost one on Sunday for a bottle of cider at the pub, and lost yesterdays because we ran out of milk - how can I be so unorganised?! I think this is how this challenge helps though, these little spends soon add up and I wouldn't have noticed them before.

Am determined that today and tomorrow will both be NSD's, will report back later. Have a good day everyone! xx

That's where this challenge really helps, katenut, once you've been doing it for a few months - you start thinking ahead and that's how you get the NSDs and avoid spending on unnecessary tat...

You're doing brilliantly, though, so don't kick yourself too hard. 9 is a good amount to be on now, you've still got plenty of time to meet your target.

    Keep smiling..

    And hello to everyone else:
rachelmk: you’re not being useless at NSDs - you’ve got 4 this month, well done for getting those! :T And well done for keeping to your budget. If it helps to motivate you and as you’re only spending little bits each day, how about taking some money out of your budget at the beginning of the week and taking your daily spends out of that. Doing that might help you to get yourself organised and motivate you to get more NSDs.
Hope you enjoyed Peter Kay yesterday - heard he’s very good and apparently Rick Astley is making an appearance:)..

Nargle:  to the “f” word again... You’ve been doing brilliantly so are allowed a few days off. Keeping my fingers crossed you get to your target (and, most importantly, the dancing pink elephant!) over the weekend;)

Quick update from me - another one for me on Weds, mega spend day on Thursday:eek:.. so now at the dizzy heights of no 15:j:j

Off to do the front page update now, so see all you lovely people tomorrow.

    'night all
