Jelly cubes ladies, seem to remember from my youth that jelly cubes haves lots of stuff that helps nails, got to be the MSE option, on the other hand as I am getting a bit doolally as I get older, I may just have made that up!!! No there is a memory, worth a try???
Apparently no medical evidence to support it, but a number of friends report it working - so I'm trying that one as well :D

....thought I might get away with handing down DS1s clothes to DS2. Unfortunately, they are the same size :(. There's only 15 months between them and people ask me all the time if they are twins (and this started when DS2 was only 9 months old!)....
I had the same with my first two & it got a bit wearisome having to keep explaining, &--as you say--no chance to 'hand-me-down' :o My three have less than four years between them & when I see young mums now, I wonder how on earth I got through it all _pale_
....Isn’t it strange that we can keep on buying stuff that we don’t need until all of a sudden the penny drops:(....
Well I've managed another one today as well, taking me to no 13:j:j. I was going to go looking for some bargains today but managed to resist the temptation and had a very busy day around the house....
I know I tend to stock up on things that are on offer, reasoning that it will hopefully last until that item comes back on offer again & save me a bit of cash in the mean time. I did that with tinned sardines last month; the shelf edge ticket said the offer was ending on X April so I bought 12 tins & saved around 60p..went in the store last week & they're back on offer again so you just can't win  The one saving grace is we use a lot of them so I'll be able to get a few more in but naughty practise all the same.

Who said they wanted to try zorbing? We can go while in Brighton, & we can take the trolls here
which works out rather well :D [May I suggest those who are already feeling a tad sick2.gifwould prefer to skip these activities!]

No 11 for yesterday so well over the half way stage with 14 days left to get the remaining 8. How incredibly scary to think there's only two weeks of May left but I suppose the weather hasn't helped much this year :(--still feels like March some days doesn't it?

I am doing really badly this month. My new job (while fantastic) is making it difficult for me have NSDs. I had my second one on Saturday - how awful! (I mean, good that I had it, but bad that it was only my second). I am actually being quite strict with money, though. I've stayed in my allowed budget so far this month, so I should be able to get started paying off overdrafts and things soon! I think my signature might look like my overdraft is actually increasing at the end of this month, but I think that's just because of the way payday falls and stuff.

I hope everyone else is doing better than me!!

A couple of LSD's (that sounds so wrong!) for me today and yesterday - spent £3 on a lovely cold cider after riding for 4 hours yesterday, was gutted to ruin my NSD but it was worth it! Got to get a few groceries on way home today as we've run out of lunch stuff. Aiming for Tues/Weds/Thurs and poss Fri to all be NSD's hopefully!

Well done to Cheryl for meeting your target!! I dont know how you resist all those whoopsies, I can feel them calling to me as I drive home every night so it must be even harder if you actually have to see them :T

And Spoon - you've suddenly crept up to 13 - that is very impressive! Well done! You spend so much time encouraging the rest of us, and you're doing really well :):):)
Trying to jump back onto the moneysaving wagon ....

    Hi Everyone

I have not managed to report my progess for a few days, currently 11 NSD's for the month. Reaching this months target is looking a bit touch and go, but I'll give it my best shot, I so want a dancing purple elephant.

Congratulations cw18 on reaching your target.
