Thrifty i feel exactly the same, whether it's toiletries or the obscene amount of store cupboard food & cleaning products i have, it's almost as if i can see the debts going down as the stuff does
NSD 7 for me today :j
I have spent my evening rejecting credit card rate rises, scary cos my credit for spending is biting the dust at an alarming rate  but super great as i know i'll be paying debts off without racking any more up :j
Will be spending tomorrow as after trying on my holiday clothes i am only eating green raw things till i go in the hope i can do my dresses up!! So will need a few groceries (green only of course)

I'm not seeing much of a reduction of anything just yet, but I do like 'shopping from home' rather than parting with money in the shops
Declaring today as NSD #10 -- just 1 more to go, and more than half the month left to obtain it in
Off to start a shopping list for tomorrow, in the hope most of next week is made up of additional NSDsGuess the best place to start is going to be a menu plan, as that worked pretty well for this week :T

today isn't one for me and i'm getting my hair cut tomorrow so that won't be one either!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Very pleased to report NSD today - fifth for the month and halfway there. Also, yesterday was a LSD so three of these as well.
Would like to thank BigMumma for the helpful tip - NSD are mainly a matter of organisation and planning. Very occasionally it comes down to 'Lets have some chocolate.' ' Oh no, today is a NSD.' Which is actually good - mainly for the size of me.

Hi Jet77 - she is a casualty of the recession!! Her owners couldn't afford to keep her as she is no longer fit for what they wanted to do with her, so they gave her to me
Right place right time I suppose, but there are plenty more out there. Its been 6 months of hard work as she hadn't been ridden for 3 years, and was lame when I got her, but its finally paying off. Never look a gift horse in the mouth!!
The time thing is a problem though, the 6am mucking out in winter in the sleet and snow also gets to you after a while. Luckily I have friends who keep their horses at the same place, so we share out the work which saves on time.
Oh wow!! You lucky thingWell done for getting her fit and breaking her back in :T :T
NSD #7 for me today :j

Feels like I'm spending more time on these forums than MSEing at the moment so didn't report in yesterday. Have just found I've got about 140 emails waiting to be read so must get on with the rest of my life!
Hugs to you Elfen.
LadyfromVenice - I was a nail biter all my life (I'm in my 40's) until about 3 months ago when I was hypnotised! One session and I've not bitten since. In fact my nails are a bit too long now and I keep hitting the wrong keys on the keyboard!
Hypnotherapy  I find that very scary and would be worried I'd cluck like a chicken every time the phone rang! Might be worth investigating though. Only time I had long nails was when I had falsies for my wedding, and when I was pregnant with DD. Otherwise not a pretty site
Found these costumes in case anyone's having trouble deciding what to wear:
Think I'll stick with Darth Maul.
Oh.........and NSD 12 today. Three more to go........seemples!Life is knowing which bridges to burn and which bridges to build!
