Mmmmmm, thanks for the birthday cake PDD - it was scrummy! I was out and about all day yesterday, friend took me for curry, ate faaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrr too much, but it was scrumptious!

Wasn't a NSD though as I went for a mooch around the farmer's market and came away with strawberrys and porridge oats and porridg oat bars. It's highly likely when I head there that I'll have to buy something! I forgot to go back and get the smoked mozarella though - mmmmm!

I'm off to meet a freind I haven't seen since her wedding in October - I was bridesmaid so it's bad we've been on completely different schedules since then... it's likely to blow Sunday out of the water for a NSD though!

I'll catch up with all the shenanagins later on :D.

Declaring today as an NSD, making a total of 5 now spoon.

Not up to nattering today, trying ot come to terms with the death of my friend and "surrogate granny" who died on Friday. She was 90 the week before, and we had a lovely meal out, I just can't believe she has gone.

I'll come back later on in the week if that's ok.

After some number crunching it turns out I've had 2 nsds this month :D (weds & fri). Today is on track to be a nsd as well which is good considering the shocking 4/10 I had last month!

Sorry about your sad news, Keiss. It's things like that which put the whole financial situation into perspective - when you come down to it, it's only money, and not real money at that, just numbers in a virtual world far removed from real life. At least your friend had more than her allotted "three score years and ten" - hope she made the most of it and had a peaceful end.

Keiss, so sorry, puts it all into perspective.

Declaring now as I had a good old strop this morning about DH and DS's lack of household task awareness ie the housework and toilet cleaning fairies (me and DD) do it all with a wee swish of a big wand. So were going out to have lunch and didn't!!!

Wonder if the aliens would consider the housework mmmm mmmm
