NSD #6 here as well :T

Resisted the urge to 'nip down the road and check early morning Whoopsies', and with 90mins to store close I'm just starting to cook tea - then need to get back out into the garden to finish off what I've been working on for the past 4 hours - so won't be heading down for 'last minute Whoopsie hunting' either.

Really pleased with the way things are going so far this month. Just over 25% of the way through the month, and already just over 50% of the way to target. March was my best month for 'quick start' on NSD counting this year, with 5 in the first 7 days (which I matched this month). But I didn't hit #6 until 11th March, so May has now become my best of the year to date :)

    NSD 7 today.

Didn't get to go shopping  but DH did get my milk this morning so didn't spend a bean :T.

Mum gave me some of my old duvet covers from when I lived at home (so over 25 yrs old ) which she still had in the ottoman and weren't doing anything. Mum and Dad are big hoarders. Still in fab condition and will be great for DD.

She was also sending some cushion covers to the CS so I took those as well! Dad also had some trousers for DH which are now too big for him after he lost weight after being diagnosed with diabetes. Two pairs didn't fit so I'm going to Eb4y them as it's free listings this weekend and give the money to Mum and Dad as a thankyou.:A

Fantastic MSE day all round methinks.:j

Wow i'm impressed with all the NSD's :T

Wish i could join in but definitely been a spend day today for me!!!
Stuck to the grocery list tho, the only deviation was a pineapple from the fruit market cos it was 50p & it's cheaper & healthier than a biscuit when it comes to snacking!!! :A
Also got a couple more books for my hols but they were from the charity shop - definitely MSE cos i always leave them behind when i've read them, but normally i pay full price, clearly thats why i'm in debt!!!!
A few last minute toiletry bits to take with me & my currency has left my purse much lighter.

Was going to stop there, which would have meant no unneccesary spends but just been talked into a quick drink to celebrate leeds being promoted :j:j:beer::beer: (ok i admit it, it's not very girly but i'm a huge football fan!!!!), however this is in place of my usual Monday night drink, so i am going to get the milk for work today instead of Monday & then try really hard not to spend anything until next weekend. If i make it it will be a first for me to go that many days, cos normally i wouldn't even think about it. Thanks sooooo much to you guys i wouldn't be thinking like this without you!!!!

Sorry for the essay hope you are all having a fabby weekend xx

Had to spend today although did manage to con dh into getting the pressies and taking the kids with him so it wasn't as high a spend as it could have been. Also sending back some shoes cos they don't fit as well as they should do so have gained rather than spent in a way (lots of justifying myself here lol)

Going to a freinds 40th tomorrow so that's petrol and lunch out as well then back to my usual nsd on Monday. Am going to struggle when its the half term hols cos we get 2 weeks, am going to have to lock myself in the house:rotfl:

Arrrgh how can it be the 8th already? I swore I'd be more organised this month but it doesn't seem to have happened so far! I know I'm late but I'm aiming for 12 nsds this month, I know I've done at least 1 so far (yesterday), I need to check properly though so I'll just declare 1 for now.
