Can you get to his phone again? If you can, go into this "guys" number and change it for your own, text him the exact message that she sent him then see if he texts back at all. Then you have all the proof you will need. If he says you tricked me then you can say All i did was resend the message that was sent earlier.

Or get a spare sim card and do the above

I've just skimmed the posts so apologies if someone else has mentioned this but.....

You had sex with your man twice after he may have been with someone else. If you didn't use a condom you really must go and get yourself checked out.

Stains on the pants and a text saying he's a good kisser say to me this is right at the start of something. I doubt they've done much more than a snog/fumble as otherwise the pants are straight off, not being too crude.

I thought that too, but by now things may have escalated.

ETA:- Don't want to upset the OP but some people don't think of oral as cheating, but STI's can be passed on this way.

He shouldn't be angry that you looked at his phone. I look at my OH's phone all the time. even have access to his email. He has nothing to hide so doesn't get annoyed when I look at it (IF I ever look at it). The fact that he is mad you looked shows that he has done something.
